  4.     Hi there, well everyone has seen the adverts on tv for them, Buy our
  5. brand new wicked answering machine and get ya messages remotley. Well you
  6. too and pick up messages, not your own though, but thats a minor detail.

  8.     Ok I hear you scream, how do we do it??? Well relax sit back, and I'll
  9. tell ya :-

  11.     0800 numbers seem to have quite a few answerfones on em, take for
  12. instance BT itself they have loads of em, lets start with the BT Phonecard
  13. refund service, this is the 0800 number the operator gives you when you
  14. tell her that your card is stuck in the bastard machine, anyway you ring this
  15. and leave a message then they write to you saying sorry, and enclosing your
  16. relacement card. All well and good, it works too. Anyway I deviated a little
  17. there didnt I, you dial 0800 252 639 for the answerfone, when the message
  18. begins to play press *, right now it should beep with any luck, at this point
  19. the answerfone is waiting for your password. This is where it gets good,
  20. there are only 100 possibilities for this as its only a 2 digit code, 100
  21. calls to the number? Nah, the machines are fuckin lame,they dont give a shit
  22. how many times you try, start at 00 and dial 01 02 03 04 ... until the cunt
  23. beeps again, and hey presto yer in. Ok so i am into an answerfone?!?

  25. NOW WHAT???????? Well I suppose you wanna know how to work the machines now?
  26. OK OK, depending on the type of answerfone this is what ya do, if the machine
  27. after entering your code, responds with a shitty american accent then follow
  28. the instructions it gives you, although the following will work on these,
  29. there are more options available on these ones.  If it aint the one above, it
  30. will more than likely beep at you a number of times, one beep for every
  31. message waiting, up to max six beeps. You press 1 to rewind tape and play
  32. message, 2 to skip message, 3 delete message ( This one is good on bt
  33. complaints line, find some irate cunt, saying if you dont call me back this
  34. time there'll be trouble.. and delete the message !!! ahhahaha), right
  35. one other command, try not to abuse this one, 8 records Out Going Message
  36. press 8, wait for beeps to finish, 12 of em i think, then say what ever,
  37. then press 9, thats it, try to put it back to whatever it was before
  38. morning, as they get very upset. Oh yeah, one more command, 0, turns off
  39. machine, if you do this by mistake, ring back and sit on the line for 20
  40. rings, then it should answer.
  41.     Oh yeah, bye the way if it beeps twice after listening for quite a while
  42. just press 1.
